About Me

Hi, I’m Arlene Goode!

I am here to help you create an amazing healthy life that you will love. I have been offering certified personal training in Uxbridge, Ontario for two years, working with clients ranging from teenagers to older adults; all at different fitness levels with different goals in mind.

Debilitating back pain is what started my health journey 10 years ago. I remember the exact day. Lying on the couch, with tears pouring down my cheeks not just because of the pain my body was in but the ache in my heart that I was not able to play with my children. At that very moment, I made the choice to take control of my life and not miss another second of their active, joyous childhood. Over time I learned what my body was capable of and what it meant to be truly healthy inside and out.
