Full body under 20 minute workouts are so versatile. Make them fast and light to finish off your strength day with an awesome conditioning blast or slow them down and go a bit heavy to make for a great strength and conditioning workout.
I will now introduce you to Eight is Enough. I have broken this one down into two circuits.
Set your timer for 8 minutes complete all of Circuit #1 counting rounds completed until the timer goes off. Have a 2 minute rest, before moving onto Circuit #2. Set that timer for another 8 minutes; complete all of Circuit #2 again keeping track of the rounds completed
CIRCUIT #1 (AMRAP 8min)
10 – IN & OUT SQUAT JUMPS
10 – GLUTE BRIDGES
10 – CRUNCHES
10 – DUMBBELL ROWS/TRX
CIRCUIT #2 (AMRAP 8 min)
10 – LUNGES (EACH LEG)
10 – PLEDGE PLANKS (5 EACH SIDE)
10 – SQUAT THRUSTS
10 – SUPERMANS
