Complete 7 reps of the following 7 exercises for 7 rounds. Rest when needed however try to take breaks at the end of the round.

  • JUMPING LUNGES (EACH LEG)
  • PUSH-UPS
  • SQUAT THRUSTS
  • PLEDGE PLANKS (EACH SIDE)
  • IN & OUT SQUAT JUMPS
  • SUPERMANS
  • SLOW MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (EACH SIDE)
