Complete 7 reps of the following 7 exercises for 7 rounds. Rest when needed however try to take breaks at the end of the round.
- JUMPING LUNGES (EACH LEG)
- SQUAT THRUSTS
- PLEDGE PLANKS (EACH SIDE)
- IN & OUT SQUAT JUMPS
- SLOW MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (EACH SIDE)
